Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a strong background in residential condos, semiconductor plant, data centre, commercial shopping projects. The ideal candidate will have at least one full-cycle project management experience in Singapore and a proven ability within the A1 companies to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality construction outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop master programs and site facility plans to meet contractual schedules.
• Plan project budgets, manpower, and quality assurance strategies aligned with contract requirements.
• Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with HQ departments on budget control, safety systems, and ISO documentation.
• Define roles and responsibilities for site staff, ensuring alignment with project goals and company policies.
• Work with WSHO to implement frameworks for statutory compliance (Safety, ECM, Noise, Vector control).
• Monitor team performance and facilitate training and development programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Singapore’s construction industry.
• Proven track record managing residential, industrial, and commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines (Construction Engineering, Technology & Materials).
