PMO Analyst |Contract

Job scope

• Managing and overseeing PMO day-to-day operations of project
• Assist the Project Manager in setting up and establishing management processes
• Working with project management and client team on assigned recurring/adhoc tasks/requests
• Work with CFM/finance teams on procurement, invoice processing, client billings, etc.
• Resource management - on/offboarding, leave tracking
• Ensure CDP compliance for project
• Service management reports or other required recurring status reports
• Manage project site location office
• Minutes taking at client/internal meetings

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related field.
• Around 2 years of experience in project management support within professional services
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity Web application & Mobile Security Testing, Mobile Performance Testing
