Job Description:

Senior Administrator with extensive experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Active Directory, Exchange Server administration, IIS administration, Windows administration, VMware virtualization, vulnerability assessment remediation, and implementing security baseline controls. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the security, stability, and efficiency of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Active Directory Management:

• Administer and maintain Active Directory domains, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and organizational units (OUs).
• Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory replication and performance issues.

1. Exchange Server Administration:

• Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Server environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Implement and maintain email security measures, including spam filtering and encryption.

1. Vulnerability Assessment and Remediation:

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments on systems and applications to identify security gaps.
• Develop and implement remediation plans to address security vulnerabilities and enhance system security posture.

1. Security Baseline Implementation:

• Establish and enforce security baseline controls across the infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Regularly review and update security policies and procedures to adapt to evolving threats.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and procedures.
• Generate security and compliance reports for management review.

1. Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with IT teams to provide support and guidance on security best practices.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training on systems and security protocols.
