Full Stack Engineer

About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Engineer with deep JavaScript expertise and experience in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vue.js or React.js for modern, scalable frontend applications and Node.js or Laravel for backend systems. They should be well-versed in leveraging modern AI-assisted dev tools such as Cursor, Lovable, and Vercel-style platforms to accelerate development, improve quality, and streamline workflows.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance web applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
• Research and recommend code snippets for animations, transitions etc.
• Converting the art of UX design into the science of well-engineered code.
• Developing well defined and high-performance UI components.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js or Laravel.
• Leverage AI-native tools and platforms (like Cursor, Lovable, and Vercel) to speed up development and maintain code quality.
• Build web applications with web development best practices & optimize them for maximum speed, scalability and security.
• Maintain SEO of website
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency by collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
• Writing well-structured, maintainable, efficient & reusable code.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Web front-end development.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience back-end programming language such as PHP or Node.js
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORMs.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and web design skills.
• Experience in building UIs by translating designs & prototypes into production code.
• Ensuring that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks & CSS pre-processors.
• Experience with Web animation frameworks (GreenSock, Anime.js, LottieFiles, etc).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving benchmarks.
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimization
