Join a well-funded, early-stage tech company pioneering the intersection of behavioural science and applied AI! As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll have significant ownership, shaping technical direction and building intelligent, real-world AI products with a focus on LLMs and GCP.
The Role
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end LLM-powered systems.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, prompt strategies, and workflows.
- Work hands-on with GCP services, particularly Vertex AI.
- Write clean, scalable, production-grade Python code.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate complex technical ideas.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is essential.
- Solid Python engineering background with a focus on scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
- Proven track record of building and deploying real-world ML/Generative AI systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive autonomously in a remote environment.
- Fully remote position with a salary up to £100,000 (DOE).
