If you’re smart, ambitious, and coachable, this is the one you’ve been looking for.

The Role
Client Analytics is a part of the foundation of A/B testing. It is a quantitative discipline that measures the impact of each A/B test, taking into account many variables and combining data from multiple source systems.
You’ll own three core responsibilities:
1. Data Extraction and Normalization
You’ll act as a central point of contact to extract data from our client’s source systems. Each client has its own combination of systems, some sophisticated, some not. Some will provide direct access; others will send multiple .csv files in different formats. You will combine and normalize the data.
2. Reporting
You will proactively analyze the numbers, build models that measure the results, and produce output reports that our project managers can share with clients in an easy-to-understand format.
3. Explanation
This is mainly an internal role. Project managers will be your internal “customer.” You will help them understand the data so they can explain it to their clients and provide clear, precise notes on your methodology. Periodically, you may be asked to join client-facing calls to help our clients interpret the results.
Skills, Knowledge & Traits
You do not need prior A/B testing experience or even formal project management experience. We will train you. Here’s what we need from you:
Organization and diligence
You like systems, checklists, and timelines. You front-load work, plan ahead, and don’t stop until things are finished properly.
Quantitative problem-solving
8 hours in Excel sounds like a dream. You’re fluent in using advanced Excel formulas as well as high willingness to learn other types of tools (R, Python).
Smart and high agency
You learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, and want to understand why things work (or don’t. You’re the kind of person who notices patterns and asks good questions.
What You’ll Get
Clear promotion opportunities
Our client invests heavily in training and promotes almost exclusively from within. Most leaders at our client started in entry-level roles.
