Product and Market Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis, producing complete weekly/monthly reports to support strategic positioning and volume planning.
• Support sales plan launches by gathering market data, preparing reports, and assisting in demand analysis.
• Assist with product surveys by collecting customer feedback, compiling competitor information, and summarizing findings for team review.
• Prepare KPIs (sales volumes, margins, customer satisfaction, residual values).
• Analyze and segment customer profiles to generate actionable insights, develop targeted marketing strategies, and support data-driven business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of product or marketing experience within the automotive OEM environment.
• Understanding of the Argentine automotive market and consumer trends.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis expertise
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Desirable experience in electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid, or connected car technologies.

• Reports to the Product Manager.
