Our client, a global leader in medical technology and healthcare innovation, is seeking a Product Security Engineer to support the development of advanced pharmacy automation solutions. Responsibilities
- Embed security across the full product development lifecycle (software, hardware, firmware).
- Conduct threat modelling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analysis for new and existing products.
- Perform secure code reviews, penetration testing, and fuzzing activities.
- Support regulatory and quality alignment with standards such as IEC 62443, HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidance.
- Develop and maintain secure coding guidelines, testing methodologies, and security documentation.
- Assist in incident response investigations and provide remediation guidance to engineering teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- 3+ years’ experience in product security (embedded systems, IoT, or industrial control systems).
- Strong understanding of vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Hands‑on experience with SAST/DAST tools, penetration testing, or fuzzing.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (C++, C#, Python, Java).
- Knowledge of cryptography, secure communication protocols, and secure SDLC best practices.
