Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master

Location: Brucells, Belgium 2 days onsite in a week

Duration: Freelance Contarct 

Language: English is required; French or dutch is a plus.

Support to the Team and Product Owner:

Coach the team in self-organization and Agile/Scrum practices (ceremonies, artefacts, etc.).

Drive the squads’ continuous improvement.

Remove obstacles—or help the team remove them—ensuring focus on objectives.

Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution, creating a safe and trustworthy environment.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to enable effective information sharing.

Protect the team from unexpected work influx.

Responsibilities as a Delivery Owner:

Establish and follow up on the delivery plan for your features in collaboration with contributors.

Manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles during feature delivery.

Organize Scrum-of-Scrums to align concerned squads and tribes.

Report on delivery progress during the Delivery Board.

Maintain high alignment with other feature or Opus roles (owner, quality, release, etc.).
