About The Role

Our Qt Professional Services team’s mission is to help customers fully realize the value of Qt by delivering expert consulting, training, and support throughout their entire development journey. We work closely with our customers to understand their technical and business needs, solve complex challenges, and enable them to build high-quality products faster and more cost-efficiently.

Our consultants support customers across a wide range of industries throughout the EMEA region, delivering services such as software turn-key solutions, technical consultation, test automation, customized training and workshops, UX/UI and HMI design, proofs of concept, porting projects, and the introduction of Qt tools and processes into customer organizations.

The position is located in Oulu, Finland.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of Professional Services consultants working across multiple customer projects
• Apply a coaching-oriented leadership approach, supporting competence development and continuous skill growth
• Drive Professional Services pre-sales in close collaboration with Qt’s international Sales teams
• Support and grow a healthy pipeline of Professional Services work
• Oversee and support customer deliveries, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Professional Services processes
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a highly international environment
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Experience as a people-oriented leader with a coaching mindset
• Proven experience in leading teams in a technical or consulting environment, ideally in an international context.
• Good understanding of software and product development processes
• Experience with Customer Delivery Management
• Familiarity with agile methods, and product management
• A sales-oriented mindset combined with strong customer focus
• Excellent English communication skills
