Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence within SIOP? We’re looking for a Global SIOP Manager to lead initiatives in our Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and help shape the future of our global supply chain. This is not a people‑manager role but a specialist position focused on driving processes and cross‑functional collaboration. This is a specialist role with no direct people management, focused on leading processes and fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Inventory Management Initiatives

• Co-facilitate inventory reviews and support factories in optimizing raw material and component stock.
• Inspire teams with best practices and innovative solutions for inventory challenges.
  
  

Take Ownership of the SIOP Data Structure

• Establish, maintain and optimize master data to support planning activities in alignment with product management, supply chain excellence, system teams and global SIOP.
• Take ownership of keeping master data updated to ensure better usage of systems in the One-ERP template.
  
  

Drive NPD SIOP Planning

• Ensure smooth phase-in/phase-out of products in SIOP processes.
• Assign new product hierarchies for demand and operations planning.
  
  

Champion SIOP in balancing Demand, Supply and Inventories

• Master existing and new Power BI dashboards and analytics to balance demand and supply effectively.
• Identifying demand/supply challenges and maturing data to drive cross functional decision making
  
  

Support SAP IBP Transition

• Act as a key project team member in migrating from Anaplan to SAP IBP.
• Lead functional development to ensure SIOP in Danfoss Drives will be part of the One ERP template.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Lead agreed opportunities to enhance processes and tools across the Danfoss Drives SIOP landscape.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in SIOP, especially inventory planning, but also related fields (demand and operations planning)
• Solid understanding of master data management and ERP systems (SAP IBP experience is a plus).
• Huge analytical mindset with proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change.
