Senior Software Engineer

Join us to build the foundational systems of a frontier AI company. You'll work across our voice layer, agent orchestration, and deep healthcare integrations - designing fast, reliable, safe systems that real patients depend on.

What You'll Do

• Build and own core backend systems powering AI agents
• Integrate with real clinical and scheduling platforms
• Improve performance, reliability, and observability
• Contribute to agent reasoning, memory, and workflow design
• Work directly with founders, product, and customers
• Shape engineering culture and long-term technical direction

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Python; strong system ownership
• Cloud + infrastructure as code experience
• Experience shipping and operating production systems
• Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving
• Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and ownership
• Product-minded and user-focused
