The Role: Lead, Code, Conquer! Brand-new strategic position to drive digital transformation—shifting from third-party platforms to full in-house ownership of the booking ecosystem. First internal hire to build and scale a high-performing team from the ground up using a modern tech stack. Hands-on leadership required: code daily, architect solutions, and inspire excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Full-stack mastery: React (frontend), .NET/C# (backend), Azure (cloud).
• Proven expertise in microservices and high-traffic B2C platforms
• Integration expert: Payments, APIs, CRMs, analytics, etc.
• Track record leading and growing teams while staying deeply technical.
• Pragmatic decision-maker: Balances speed, quality, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build features, fix critical issues, and guide technical direction hands-on.
• Evolve microservices architecture for scalability and resilience.
• Design and manage complex third-party integrations.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a full-stack team.
