Location: Hybrid – Dublin

We’re looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality across Amach client engagements, with a strong focus on mobile-first delivery and the Experience Aligned Development Stream (ADS).

You’ll lead QA strategy across mobile (iOS & Android) and supporting web platforms, mentor and manage QA Engineers, and embed quality throughout the SDLC. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance strategy, delivery, and people development while championing a quality-first culture.

• Define and own test strategy, plans, and quality standards

• Lead testing across mobile and web platforms throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Manage and mentor QA Engineers, supporting performance and growth

• Drive the right balance of manual and automated testing, with a mobile-first mindset

• Lead defect triage and quality decision-making with cross-functional teams

• Embed quality gates and testing best practices into CI/CD pipelines

• Improve QA processes through metrics, retrospectives, and continuous improvement

• Partner with Engineering and Product to ensure high-quality, reliable releases

• Strong background in QA Engineering, including leadership responsibility

• Proven experience testing mobile applications (iOS & Android)

• Solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM delivery

• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, or similar)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-aligned testing

• Hands-on experience with test automation for mobile and web

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with mobile automation frameworks (e.g. Appium, Playwright, Selenium)

• Performance, accessibility, or security testing experience

• Experience in regulated or mobile-heavy digital environments

• Interest in using AI to enhance QA efficiency and productivity
