Data Labeling Analyst - III - Trust & Safety

Our client is a global technology organization operating at scale, focused on improving the safety, integrity, and reliability of online platforms through data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for an experienced Data Labeling Analyst to join a global response and intelligence team. In this role, you will support critical workflows by reviewing, labeling, and analyzing sensitive content and datasets to identify risks, trends, and policy gaps. Your work will directly contribute to improving platform safety and informing cross-functional stakeholders.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, ownership of workflows, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Label and analyze data against defined policies and guidelines across multiple workflows
• Investigate surfaced content and assess potential risks and policy violations
• Identify trends, gaps, and emerging risks, providing clear insights and recommendations
• Build concise, compelling narratives and summaries for cross-functional partners
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently, meeting weekly deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, policy, product, and engineering teams
• Handle sensitive and potentially graphic content with professionalism and resilience

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in data labeling, trust & safety, policy enforcement, or content moderation within the tech sector
• Strong experience owning workflows and managing end-to-end labeling tasks
• Proven ability to analyze data and communicate insights to varied stakeholders
• Excellent critical thinking, organization, and prioritization skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with urgent requests

Nice to Have

• Experience enforcing trust & safety policies on large online platforms
• Background in manual data labeling and operational project support
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
