ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you're in the heart of Lithuania, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the banking sector, working on exciting project that supports the technology needed to keep the functions fully operational.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Review and/or refine functional and non-functional requirements prepared by external institutions.
• Prepare and/or coordinate the specification of business needs.
• Create and/or support the preparation of technical tasks for developers.
• Coordinate and/or assist in coordinating change implementation and development processes.
• Prepare and/or assist in developing testing plans and test scenarios for system changes.
• Align testing plans and scenarios with business stakeholders.
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as an IT System/Business Analyst.
• Working knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and tools: Agile, JIRA
• Effective analytical abilities, proactive mindset, and a heightened sense of urgency, enabling efficient task prioritization and swift resolution of user issues to prevent operational delays.
• Skilled in Excel, well-versed in accounting functions, proficient in employing data analysis techniques related to accounting.
• Financial industry knowledge.
• Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is required.

Salary ranges: From 2700 - 3700 EUR gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
