The Role

As Senior Product Manager for Product Operations, you will drive strategic alignment, optimise delivery across multiple teams, and ensure the product evolves to meet the needs of a growing user base. You will act as a key link between leadership, engineering, design, and commercial functions, influencing both product direction and operational excellence.

You will:

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners across several Scrum teams.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear requirements and epics.
• Align stakeholders across leadership, product, engineering, and design.
• Own product operations, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
• Act as an internal product expert, enabling teams through training and knowledge‑sharing.
• Track key product metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Champion Agile and SAFe principles to ensure consistent and efficient delivery.

Your Skills & Experience

You should bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, or similar role.
• Proven background building and scaling customer‑facing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience leading Product Owners or cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A strategic, analytical, and data‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional Nordic or Dutch languages are a strong advantage.
