Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you own the experience quality of Reducate’s core platform. You define a clear, scalable UX and visual design vision across a multi-tenant, multi-brand SaaS environment.

This is a platform-level design role in a complex product, not a feature-only position. You work closely with Product Managers and Engineering to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions and raise overall UX and UI quality, together with a Junior Product Designer.

Your Activities

• Own end-to-end experience quality across the platform
• Define and maintain a strong UX and visual design vision
• Design scalable user flows and interaction patterns
• Lead and evolve the design system
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering
• Support UX research and usability validation
• Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design
• Mentor a Junior Product Designer

Profile

• Senior-level experience as a Product Designer in complex digital products or SaaS
• Strong platform and system thinking
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Experience designing for scale, such as multi-tenant or configurable systems
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints
• Confident communicator in stakeholder settings
• Interest in AI-assisted design workflows
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong plus
• Experience with regulated domains, multi-language products, platform migrations, or mentoring is a plus

• Salary up to €85.000 gross per year, depending on experience
