Scrum master

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum master with expertise in Agile best practices to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a servant-leader and coach for the Scrum Team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
• Identify, track, and help remove obstacles that may hinder the teams progress.
• Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.
• Foster a collaborative and open environment within the team.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging team retrospectives, feedback, and adaptation.
• Assist in tracking and communicating team progress and metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and self-organization.
• Support the organization in its and adoption.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Relevant 6+ years experience.
