Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow to provide application maintenance and serve as a liaison between clients and development teams.

• Identify, analyse and document requirements in ServiceNow.
• Analyse existing processes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend best practices to optimise incident, problem, change and asset management processes.
• Ensure alignment with the ITIL framework and organisational policies.
• Act as a liaison between business users and the ServiceNow development team.
