Our client, company located in financial services sector, is looking for an expert to support them in the area of security awareness, cyber culture, and employee training.

As a Security Awareness Trainer , you will provide expertise in shaping and delivering the organisation’s security culture.

Setting:

As part of the security team, you will focus on delivering the best possible awareness, training, and communication solutions across the organisation. You will work closely with branches and internal stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience through education, training, and behaviour change.

Focus:

• Creation and delivery of security awareness trainings (online and on-site)
• Development of engaging learning formats and communication materials
• Execution of phishing simulations and analysis of results
• Promotion of security-conscious behaviour at all organisational levels
• Contribution to cyber risk assessments and security culture initiatives
• Reporting KPIs to management

Background:

To be successful in this role, prior experience in security awareness, cyber education, communication, and basic information security principles is required. A technical foundation, hands-on mentality, and strong presentation skills are essential. German fluency is a must.

Duration: This is a permanent role
