We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern backend technologies, with a focus on building scalable integrations, handling complex data flows, and collaborating across distributed teams. This role requires both technical depth and strong communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Skills & Expectations

• TypeScript / Next.js / Node.js expertise: Proven experience in building and maintaining backend services using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Integration & connectors: Ability to design and implement connectors for external/internal systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
• REST APIs & frameworks: Hands-on experience in developing, securing, and scaling RESTful APIs.
• Vector/graph databases: Strong understanding of graph-based data models and vector databases for advanced querying and data relationships.

Secondary Skills

• Python scripting & automation: Experience writing support scripts for automation, data processing, and tooling.
• Developer experience tools: Familiarity with IDEs, plugins, and productivity tooling to enhance developer workflows.
• Collaboration & communication: Ability to work effectively with peers, contributing to team success and knowledge sharing.
