The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Product Manager includes:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Learning Operations, and Content Development, to deliver on our product strategy and roadmap for our Learning Technology Products;
  • Develop detailed requirements, user stories, user interface mock-ups, storyboards, and other artifacts required to ensure clarity of product definition and design;
  • Act as a Product Owner for specific features or product areas, managing the product backlog, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap;
  • Prioritize features for roadmap initiatives and continuous improvement ideas usingmarket, competitor and buyer information and prioritization methodology such as RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, WSJF;
  • Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences (UX) that align with user needs and business objectives;
  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
  • Ensure consistency and a high standard of design across all product interfaces, maintaining a cohesive user experience;
  • Conduct walk-throughs and signoffs, verifying that new and updated solutions accurately portray use cases and designs with the most optimal user experience;
  • Ensure that appropriate documentation is completed and released, for both internal and end-user purposes;
  • Report out and provide status updates on delivery of roadmap initiatives and commitments;
  • Prepare and communicate product updates, launches, feature releases and development with Product Marketing to internal stakeholders.


What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Previous experience as a product manager with product design, UX design skills, preferably with experience in learning technology or educational software;
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relatable field;
  • Product management involvement in an agile product development environment with hands-on expertise of JIRA and Confluence;
  • Proven experience in defining requirements, articulating solution design and crafting user stories;
  • Ability to think strategically and act as a Product Owner, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints;
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centred design methodologies, and product management processes;
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating your ability to solve complex design challenges;
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is highly desirable;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment;
  • Experience in working in virtual teams across multiple locations;
  • Critical attention-to-detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in tight timeframes, while maintaining accuracy and quality;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive);
  • Ability to foster successful partnerships and excellent working relationships with internal teams, and customers;
  • Great people skills in combination with excellent assertiveness;
  • Ability to articulate problems for technical and non-technical people;
  • Ability to accept feedback for continuous improvement;
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a virtual global team where open, collaborative communication is encouraged;
  • Can adapt to various situations and prioritize multiple workstreams simultaneously;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both within a team and independently to accomplish responsibilities and multiple tasks simultaneously.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is €3333 - €4166 per month plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
