As Team Lead / Scrum Master, you have overall responsibility for both delivery and team development.

The role combines operational leadership with agile responsibility and involves leading the team through a critical phase of production, establishing a new target architecture and developing a long-term DevOps approach.

You are responsible for:

Ensure stable and efficient operation of existing end-use application in production

Establish and implement a new vision for the application's future setup

Build and develop a new team through structured knowledge sharing

Drive the delivery project in parallel with building a target team within DevOps and agile working methods

Establish and further develop a well-functioning agile working method

Support teams and projects before, during and after go-live

Work actively with team development, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements profile

Competence and experience

Experience in the role of Scrum Master, Team Lead or similar leadership role

Solid experience in agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)

Experience in delivering projects in complex environments

Good understanding of DevOps principles, preferably with experience in building or transforming DevOps teams

Experience working with production, release and go-live

Ability to establish structure, processes and working methods in new or changing teams

Leadership and personal qualities

Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate collaboration

Confident leader who creates commitment, trust and clarity

Ability to coach teams and individuals in both technology and working methods

Solution-oriented, structured and responsible

Comfortable working in parallel with multiple initiatives and stakeholders

Meritorious

Experience in major transformation or change projects

Background in systems development, integration or IT operations

Certification as Scrum Master or equivalent
