The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high- quality solutions. As a Lead Web App Engineer , you will be responsible for:

• Leading the design, development, and maintenance of the frontend architecture
• Building and scaling modern web applications using React (preferred) or Vue / Angular
• Defining and enforcing frontend coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks
• Owning code review processes and provide technical mentorship to frontend engineers
• Working closely with UX/UI designers to deliver user-centric, high-quality interfaces
• Collaborating with backend teams to ensure seamless API integrations
• Managing technical debt and ensure long-term scalability and maintainability
• Evaluating and introducing new frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Contributing to architectural discussions and product roadmap planning

Key competencies

We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have;

• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead frontend role
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Deep experience with React, or strong hands-on experience with Vue or Angular
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Vuex, etc.)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and responsive design
• Experience with testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E)
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn/pnpm)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
