Java Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Java Developer who loves programming, architecting solutions, and solving complex integration problems, to work in a hybrid model at our client’s office.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Experienced in banking domain.
• Strong experience with the Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Session, and Spring Data.
• Experience with Git and Maven.
• Experience with unit test frameworks.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience in RESTful API design, SOAP, and XML.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to communicate clearly with peers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, anticipate risks, and raise issues proactively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes, Spring Cloud, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Bitbucket, and Gradle.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as SonarQube and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
