As a Senior People Operations Manager, you will lead and optimise end-to-end People processes and programs across one or more geographies to support a high-performing, engaged workforce. You play a key role in delivering a consistent, compliant, and people-centred employee experience, while driving continuous improvement, digitalisation, and scalable ways of working. You will support People Partnering and other People functions to ensure a positive employee experience, mitigate business risk, and enhance team capabilities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day People Operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, performance & compensation cycles, benefits administration, and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and global standards.
- Act as a trusted operational partner, providing advisory support to People Partners, Managers, and other colleagues on policies, processes, and employee relations matters, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and embed People Operations initiatives to centralise and standardise employee experience, including leading projects and special tasks (e.g., cross-functional or international programs).
- Analyse People data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, presenting insights to senior management and coaching team members to drive continuous improvement.
- Deputise for the Team Lead / Head of People Operations Department and contribute to capability building, process optimisation, and the overall success of the People function.
Your Profile
- Demonstrable experience in a senior People Operations role in a complex, fast-paced, and change-driven environment, ideally in a global or matrixed organisation.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end People Operations processes, local employment legislation, compliance, and HR best practices, applied pragmatically and with sound judgement.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office Suite, with a data-driven mindset and experience driving process improvement and digitalisation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills, able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to balance operational delivery with project and change initiatives while coaching and supporting team members.

The expected salary for this position will be based on relevant professional experience and falls within a range of 125,000 to 150,000 PLN.
