Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for Product Owner/Scrum Master.

Cooperation: B2B

Working model: hybrid in Katowice (3 days from office, preferably Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Over 5 years), with hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective).
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner in IT projects, preferably in software development environments.
• Ability to manage and prioritize the product backlog, including writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring business value delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and align team goals with product vision.
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams, supporting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling data-driven decision-making and risk management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and foster collaboration.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication in an international IT environment.

This is a web development project using Angular, HTML/CSS, Typescript, and Kotlin (or JAVA, C#).
