Job Title: Network / DDI Engineer – Cisco DNA Centre

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 6–12 months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network / DDI Engineer to support and enhance enterprise-scale DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) services within a complex, regulated environment. The role involves high-impact problem solving, service restoration, root cause analysis, and close collaboration with network architecture, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage complex project plans and perform impact analysis for critical network and DDI services.
  • Resolve high-impact incidents and restore DDI services within defined SLAs.
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following service restoration and implement preventative measures.
  • Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting mechanisms, and automation for repetitive tasks.
  • Review requirement documentation, define hardware needs, and update DDI processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with network architects, network security, and network operations teams to implement best practices.
  • Assess and manage risk in line with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Escalate, manage, and report control issues with full transparency where required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience managing and configuring enterprise networks or DDI solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) protocols.
  • Experience with WAN routing technologies and enterprise networking.
  • Exposure to Cisco DNA Centre is highly desirable.
  • Experience with DDI tools such as TCPWave, BlueCat, or Infoblox is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within Financial Services or a large, complex, global enterprise environment.
  • Experience working with distributed, virtual, and in-person teams.
