We’re searching for a capable Java Tech Lead with a strong technical background to join our team and drive seamless deliverables. If you have a passion on and the expertise to shape high-impact projects, we’d love to connect with you!

Must-Have:

• Have a strong background in software engineering with experience in building robust and secure APIs.
• Have experience with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Terraform).
• Java. Microservices
• Played Architect role.

Good to-Have:

• Go Lang along with AWS
• Security implementation in architecture

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• Lead a team of ~20 developers working in modernization in Develop and maintain robust, secure, and highly available Go microservices in the cloud (AWS).
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle – from planning, architecture, and coding to deployment and monitoring.
• Lead team with developers, product managers, architects, designers, and QA in a cross-functional team in Bergen.
• Stakeholder management, lead team by helping them solving their challenges.
