UX/UI Designer - Dubai

Responsibilities

• User-centred design: Translate user research, insights, and feedback into intuitive design solutions that address real member and partner needs.
• End-to-end design ownership: Lead features from early concepts and wireframes through to high-fidelity, production-ready designs across mobile and web platforms.
• Design system development: Contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and scaling of the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to align on objectives, priorities, and outcomes.
• Brand & market positioning: Research competitors and conduct brand benchmarking to inform design decisions and strengthen overall product positioning.
• Iteration & optimisation: Actively embrace rapid testing, iteration, and feedback cycles to continuously refine designs and enhance user experiences.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in product design experience across digital products (mobile and web), ideally within fast-paced or consumer-focused environments.
• Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma and similar design/prototyping tools; experience with motion design or advanced prototyping tools is a plus.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong user-centred design process, interaction design expertise, and visual craftsmanship.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
