You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterating on designs to ensure optimal usability and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, etc.) to understand user needs and pain points.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to define user experiences and key touchpoints.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.
- Design user flows, information architecture, and interaction models to enhance user experience.
- Design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and easy to use.
- design user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across various devices and screen sizes.
- Develop UI style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms and devices.
- Ensure the user interface is visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to implement user-centered design solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, and marketers.
- Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.
- Stay up to date on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

- A bachelor’s degree in arts, HCI, Information technology or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
