Arcus Search are partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation in Dubai, who are looking for a Technology Project Manager. The preference for this role is Emirati Nationals.

Role: Technology Project Manager

Location: Dubai

Salary: 30,000 AED

The role:

You will partner closely with internal technology and data teams to drive delivery across a portfolio of initiatives, holding teams accountable to timelines and outcomes. The individual owns projects end-to-end, proactively challenging assumptions and removing blockers to ensure execution, not just reporting.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Project Management
• Experience leading end-to-end digital / technology projects
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• A natural problem solver
