Full Stack Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform full-stack development for a live, mission-critical Cloud File Transfer platform, with strong focus on reliability, performance, and production stability.
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient frontend and backend services.
• Provide L3 production support, including incident response, root-cause analysis, fixes, and coordination with DevOps teams.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and QA engineers to resolve application and security issues within defined SLAs.
• Support release management and change validation, including impact assessment, rollback planning, and post-release verification.
• Contribute to operational artefacts such as runbooks, dashboards, health checks, and troubleshooting guides.
• Analyse application and operational metrics to identify performance bottlenecks and implement proactive improvements.
• Communicate clearly during incidents, releases, and system changes to maintain transparency and trust.
• Apply security, reliability, and observability best practices in system design and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer supporting production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with VueJS, Laravel, and Golang.
• Solid understanding of frontend frameworks, RESTful APIs, and containerization.
• Experience with Docker; Kubernetes or ECS exposure is preferred.
• Proven experience handling L3 support, incident debugging, and RCA in live environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Prior experience on Singapore Government projects is preferred
