***Exciting AI MedTech Startup In Amsterdam Looking To Hire A Tech Lead***
We've been exclusively retained by a fast-growing AI MedTech in Amsterdam to help them find their first Tech Lead / Lead Engineer.
The founders have identified an area of MedTech that is ripe for disruption. Their AI product save Research scientists and Medical Doctors 10+ hours a week. With zero active business development, their product is already at 20,000 global users and climbing daily as word spreads.
They've created the MVP, achieved product market fit, and are now looking for someone to lead feature development and execute the product roadmap.
They've also just achieved a large funding round, so plenty of appetite for growth and the perfect time to come on board.
If you want to work in an early stage environment, on an AI-first product, that solves a real-world problem and has a massive real-life impact, this is the role for you 👍
Essential Experience
- Strong Javascript experience, both in frontend (React or Vue) and backend (Node.js)
- Experience leading architectural decisions that scale
- Currently in a Senior, Lead or Principal engineer type role
- You've worked in a startup or scaleup previously
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Serverless or Microservices architecture
- AWS or GCP
- AI Deployment / MLOps Experience
Beneficial Experience
- Experience with RAG-based applications
- Knowledge of LLM's
- GCP
- VertexAI
Salary: 90-110K inc h/a plus equity (1 year cliff, 4 year vesting period). You'll also receive salary increases and further equity as the company grows.
Location - Amsterdam (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
