Job Role :-– Technical Scrum Master

Location:– Kansas City, Missouri (3 Days onsite in a week)

Role:- Full Time

Salary:- $105k/yr Base + 10% Org bonus + 5% performance bonus

Must have Skills: Scrum Master, Programming knowledge (Strong)

Job Description :

Proven experience working in Agile Scrum framework (SAFe – nice to have) and SDLC

Experience working with teams leveraging AI across the SDLC

Strong collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and DevOps stakeholders

Technical understanding of DevOps practices, software development concepts (Nice to have - Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer )

Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools

Exposure to mobile, cloud, or enterprise platforms
