What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team collaboration
• Identify and assist with removing impediments to maintain project momentum
• Provide continuous coaching to the Product Owner and Development Team
• Document feedback from retrospectives and prepare bi-weekly performance reports
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding team progress
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Certified Scrum Master or PMP certification
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in web application development
• At least 10 years of experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven leadership and time management skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with JIRA, including board setup, organization, and reporting
• Background in mentoring and knowledge transfer to project team members
• Familiarity with resource capacity planning and quarterly sprint planning processes
