Responsibilities
- Lead the iOS QA/testing team with clarity, urgency, and uncompromising standards.
- Define what needs to be tested, when, and how — prioritizing with sharp intuition and strategic judgment.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing when needed; you are hands-on, not a spectator.
- Review and elevate test cases, scenarios, and QA documentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Use Postman, Xcode, Charles Proxy, and other tools to validate APIs, flows, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure perfect releases.
- Own the bug lifecycle: identify, log, prioritize, and verify fixes across sprints and releases. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in iOS QA or mobile testing — with at least some experience guiding or mentoring others.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, test case creation, and release workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Xcode, Charles Proxy, and mobile debugging tools.
- Exceptional ability to set priorities and determine what truly matters to meet aggressive deadlines.

- Excellent English communication skills — clear, assertive, and professional.
