Job Overview:


We seek a Product Manager to lead smartphone product strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution, emphasizing cross-functional coordination (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution and rigorous timeline management for end-to-end launch readiness. Responsibilities include driving data-driven market and competitor analysis to inform differentiation, formulating sales strategies and partnerships to achieve revenue targets, planning product life cycle-aligned portfolios and pricing, developing strategies to segment markets, target specific customer groups, and position products to communicate value clearly, and managing efficiency improvements to maximize profitability and market share, all while proactively mitigating risks and ensuring timely market introductions.


Key Job Responsibilities:


Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:

  • Develop GTM Strategy: Create comprehensive launch plans aligned with product positioning and business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead meetings with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to synchronize launch activities and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Timeline Management: Oversee end-to-end launch schedules and deliverables for on-time market readiness.
  • Sales & Marketing Enablement: Collaborate on launch materials, training, and tools to drive adoption.
  • Post-Launch Monitoring: Track sales, feedback, and market share to evaluate success and identify improvements.

Sales Strategy & Customer/Partnership Management:

  • Formulate mid- to short-term sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Foster customer relationships, define win-win collaboration frameworks, and identify new accounts/opportunities.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor investments, P-Mix, and portfolios to drive data-driven operational plans.

Portfolio & Process Planning:

  • Develop product/application-specific portfolio plans aligned with PLC stages, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Manage line-up portfolio development, efficiency improvements, and market issue resolution.

Executive Stakeholder Management:

  • Guarantee all product strategies and GTM plans align with senior leadership vision and corporate objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to top management (President/VPs/Directors), facilitating clear communication of plans, progress, and results.



Background & Experience


  • Complete Bachelor's degree in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • .Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
  • Specific knowledge / skills: Business negotiation; Market analysis and insight derivation; Pricing adjustment impact analysis; Pricing strategy development; Scenario projection and target setting; Taxation. Academic Background: Business Administration or Engineering preferred


Specific knowledge / skills


  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis to extract relevant insights from large data volumes.
  • Advanced Excel: Expertise in data manipulation, complex formulas, and data presentation in Excel.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: High ability to create impactful, clear, and concise PowerPoint presentations for different audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Communication and Public Speaking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and persuasively, including to senior leadership.
  • Results Orientation: Focus on generating a positive impact on the company's results through data analysis.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with different areas.
  • Fluent English: Essential for communication with international teams and analysis of documents in English.
