Job Description

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the timeline.
• Proven track record of delivering change initiatives while balancing competing priorities.
• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Hands-on experience in project planning and resource scheduling throughout the delivery process.
• Highly results-oriented, with the drive and determination to succeed in fast-paced environments where responsiveness and leadership are critical.
• Strong intellectual presence and credibility, able to influence and build trust with Hiscox business stakeholders and senior management.
• Deep expertise in business process improvement and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Extensive experience in project governance, control, and the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant project management certifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
