Job Purpose
We are looking for a responsible Intern to perform a variety of tasks.

- Meeting & Events
- coordinate Events (i.e. congresses)
- organise meetings and hotel bookings
- Accounting
- Follow-up on invoicing
- Enquiries and Customer service
- collaborate with Field force
- Marketing
- contribute in the creation of marketing materials
- issue customer letters
- coordinate information and update Product website
- Data review
- Assembling presentation
- Insights from competition
- enrolled in Bachelor/Master Studies e.g. international Management / Business Administration/ Marketing / Pharmacy / Biology
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Office Pack (i.e. Power Point, Excel, Word), Video conference platforms (i.e. Teams, Zoom)
Required Behaviours And Competencies
- Proactivity, curiosity, team player
- English fluency is required, German is a plus
