API developer

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience working on developing/integrating enterprise scale Restful API

• Experience deploying API to Production and in post go-live support.

• Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with Solution designer, ST, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Implement API security and data protection best practices using OAuth2, JWT etc.

• API Integrations (third-party APIs and services) as needed.

• Knowledge of Asynchronous/messaging architectures.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments.

• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
