What's the role?

We are looking for a curious and driven Associate Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced, global tech team. In this role, you will help build and support innovative, customer-facing web applications that power our data business across Australia, the US, and the UK. Working closely with Data Engineers and other developers, you will gain hands-on experience developing impactful products that leverage big data and analytics to drive revenue and redefine digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to code reviews and continuously improve code quality and team processes.
  • Stay curious: explore new technologies and contribute ideas that improve our platforms and development workflows.

Who are you?

  • A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and loves solving real-world problems.
  • Comfortable with full stack development, particularly using Node.js, Angular 2+, and AWS environments.
  • Eager to learn and grow, with a passion for clean code, automation, and modern DevOps practices like CI/CD and containerisation.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptable and resilient—someone who doesn’t mind ambiguity and enjoys working in a fast-changing environment.
