Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The Opportunity

This is a chance to own how AI actually shows up in a real SaaS product. You’ll be the person turning AI from an idea into something customers use every day, while also helping teams across the business get smarter and more confident with AI.

It’s a hands-on role for someone who’s built products before and now wants to lead the AI direction, not just experiment on the side.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own AI-powered features end to end, from idea to production and iteration
• Build AI systems that ship, scale, and deliver clear customer value
• Work closely with product and engineering to solve real problems with AI
• Integrate and improve LLMs and AI services across the platform
• Lead internal AI training and upskilling, helping teams level up fast
• Set standards and best practices for how AI is used across the business
• Balance innovation with reliability, performance, and cost

What We’re Looking For

• A strong product or software engineering background
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products in production
• Hands-on exposure to applied AI and LLMs
• Someone who enjoys ownership and being the “go-to” person
• Comfortable explaining ideas, guiding others, and shaping direction
