Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager - IT Audit

We’re seeking an IT Audit / Information Security Risk professional to join a high-performing assurance team delivering audits across a broad range of government and enterprise environments. You’ll help identify technology and security control gaps, assess risk, and provide clear, practical recommendations that drive real improvement.

This role suits someone who enjoys structured audit work, values quality, and can communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver and support audits across IT risk, controls and information security
• Identify control gaps, develop audit observations, and contribute to client reporting
• Work within established audit methodology and relevant assurance standards
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Experience in IT audit / technology risk / controls assurance
• Strong written reporting and stakeholder communication skills
• Knowledge of information security standards and better practice
• Relevant degree (IT, business, commerce, accountancy, etc.)
• CISA / CISSP and/or CPA / CAANZ highly regarded
