Your new role:

As the Offensive Security Analyst, you will play a key role in validating and strengthening the organisation’s security posture through advanced Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) and Adversarial Exposure Validation (AEV) capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and optimising BAS/AEV platforms to continuously validate security controls.
• Designing and executing realistic adversary simulations based on the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Building and maintaining a library of attack scenarios covering the full kill chain, including ransomware emulations.
• Integrating BAS capabilities with SIEM/EDR/SOAR platforms to automate reporting and visibility.
• Extending testing capabilities across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications.
• Collaborating closely with SOC and Incident Response teams to support detection engineering and purple teaming activities.
• Producing clear technical and executive‑level reporting to support regulatory, audit, and CTEM program requirements.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Deep knowledge of personal banking operations, processes, and customer experience.
• Strong experience in offensive security, red teaming, penetration testing, or BAS/AEV operations.
• Strong scripting and development skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Solid working knowledge of SIEM and EDR technologies.
• Hands‑on familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Experience with BAS platforms (highly desirable).
• A threat‑informed defence mindset and the ability to translate adversary techniques into safe, repeatable tests.
• Strong analytical abilities and polished communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
