🎯 Role Overview

We're hiring a Product Designer to join a high-impact design team. You'll own end-to-end design across multiple product initiatives, balancing discovery, execution, and collaboration in a fast-moving environment. While this role is strongly grounded in UX and product thinking, strong visual and UI design skills are essential to delivering high-quality, cohesive experiences.

This role is ideal for someone comfortable with context switching, ambiguity, and ownership—while maintaining a high bar for quality and outcomes.

🧩 What you will do

Product & UX Design

• Own end-to-end product design for 2–3 active initiatives at a time
• Translate ambiguous, high-level problems into clear user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and solutions
• Design thoughtful, visually polished, and usable experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate intent, behavior, and edge cases
• Iterate quickly while maintaining a high bar for visual quality, usability, and consistency

Discovery & Problem Definition

• Partner with Product and Engineering during discovery and planning
• Use research, data, and insights to validate problems and assumptions
• Help define what to build, not just how it looks

UI, Visual Design & Prototyping

• Apply strong visual design fundamentals including layout, spacing, typography, color, and hierarchy
• Design production-ready UI that aligns with brand, accessibility, and platform standards
• Build and maintain interactive prototypes in Figma (from low- to high-fidelity) to validate concepts and align stakeholders
• Pay attention to interaction details, states, and edge cases to ensure cohesive, polished experiences

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work with Product Managers to shape scope, priorities, and tradeoffs
• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure feasibility and quality implementation Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback
• Support design handoff and post-launch iteration

Design Systems & Consistency

• Create and collaborate to the design system
• Maintain consistency across multiple product areas
• Identify opportunities to improve shared patterns and components

• Manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or focus
• Prioritize based on impact, urgency, and constraints
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly
• Stay outcome-focused, not artifact-focused

🧠 What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

• 3–6+ years designing digital products (SaaS, platform, or consumer)
• Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong UX fundamentals (flows, information architecture, interaction design) Solid visual and UI design skills
• Comfort working in ambiguity and early-stage problem spaces
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, prototyping tools)
• English Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in spoken and written
• English with cross-functional and international teams.

Ideally you have…

• Startup or scale-up experience
• Exposure to discovery or user research methods
• Experience working with or evolving design systems
• History of shipping and iterating on live products
