Scrum Master

🚀 Scrum Master – Brussels | 12-month contract

We are looking for a highly experienced Tribe Scrum Master to orchestrate end-to-end delivery across multiple squads in a fast-paced, regulated digital environment.

What you will do:

• Take full accountability for cluster delivery, ensuring alignment with tribe objectives, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Structure and prioritize complex initiatives, track progress, and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Facilitate cross-squad collaboration and Agile ceremonies, promoting transparency, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and teams to embed Agile best practices and foster empowerment.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans.
• Ensure compliance with Agile frameworks, delivery standards, and regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex digital/IT projects in a scaled Agile environment, ideally in regulated industries.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, risk & issue management skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of project delivery, SDLC, DevOps, release management, and API/digital/mobile delivery.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and translate business strategy into actionable delivery.
• Excellent leadership, structured problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French are strong assets.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
