Project Manager

Montash is partnering with a global financial organisation to support a high-profile CLM / KYC transformation programme. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead governance, planning, and delivery coordination across a Pega-based implementation.

This role sits at the centre of a customer onboarding and lifecycle initiative, working closely with senior stakeholders, compliance teams, and a systems integrator to drive execution from discovery into full implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the project roadmap, milestones, and governance framework
• Run steering committees, reporting, KPIs, and senior stakeholder communications
• Coordinate delivery across business, compliance, IT, and external vendors
• Drive backlog planning, sprint ceremonies, and delivery priorities
• Manage risks, dependencies, and third-party integrations
• Oversee testing phases (SIT, qualification, UAT) and release planning
• Support change management, training coordination, and transition to BAU

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven programmes
• Strong governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working alongside system integrators and offshore teams
• Exposure to CLM, KYC, onboarding, or due diligence programmes
• Comfortable operating in high-visibility environments with senior stakeholders

Contract Details

• Type: Freelance / B2B / Contractor
• Duration: 6 months (implementation kicking off September)
• Location: Brussels – 2 days onsite per week
• Language: English (Dutch a plus)
