Key Requirements

1. Demonstrable UX&UI design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing web design case studies with a focus on visually appealing designs to exemplify your process and decision making
2. Experience with design at an agency, design firm or in-house creative team
3. Excellent taste with a sense of emerging design trends and a passion for innovating them
4. Attention to detail for pixel perfect handovers
5. An ability to align design decisions with overall brand strategy and business goals
6. Strong verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas to stakeholders
7. Experience and skills working with Figma understanding auto layout and smart component building for design system templates
8. Fluent in german and english
